NHS Stockport CCG, working with its GP members and our local hospital Trust, will aim to:
- Ensure that we comply with national Emergency Department (A&E) targets. This includes waiting no longer than 4 hours in A&E.
- Prevent people needed to be admitted to hospital.
- Reduce the number of people needed to be admitted to hospital with alcohol related harm.
