Discharge Summaries Survey
In mid March a quick email survey was carried out to seek GPs views on Stepping Hill’s discharge summaries. The results were compiled (see link below) and taken to the CQUIN (Commissioning for Quality and Innovation) communications meeting at Stepping Hill on 26th March. James Catania, Stockport FT Medical Director has committed to improving the content of the summaries.
